A fiery debate has long raged in the medical profession on whether male menopause actually exists and what, if any, is its effect on male sexual performance. The questions are many. If it really does exist, at what age will it begin to affect their sexual performance? What precautions can be taken to avoid its arrival and are there treatments to help reverse it? If it's real, how does it differ from female menopause? It's a no-brainer that men go through sexuality changes as they age, just as women do. The erection-on-demand performance they enjoyed as teens is no longer the case at age forty. Little by little as they age, men begin to notice changes in their sexual performance as the urge for sex also lessens. As they age, it takes longer for men to get an erection to come on and the penis requires more direct stimulation to get and stay aroused. The erection may also be angled, rather than straight and rigid and ejaculation may not be as forceful. Also, the time it takes between erections gets longer. Rather than physical, the decrease in a man's sexual performance could also be due to psychological factors like a mid-life crisis. His waning sexual performance could be blamed on any number of external factors. It could be due to lack of interest in an aging wife who isn't the babe she was ten years ago, the stress of work, demands of growing children, or financial difficulties, even worries about caring for aging parents. So how do you differentiate between a mid-life crisis and male menopause? A mid-life crisis is more a problem of psycho-social adjustment, meaning it may have nothing to do with a man's sex life. However, male menopause is distinctly physiological in nature, similar in many ways to female menopause. Because frequently men can have both physical and psychological factors affecting them, the line between male menopause and mid-life crisis becomes hazy. Although menopause is most often associated with women, men experience a different type of menopause or 'life change.' Where women cease to menstruate and usually can no longer get pregnant, men can continue to father children. Symptoms of menopause in both men and women are similar and can sometimes be just as overwhelming. As reported in Andrology: The Science of Dysfunctions of the Male Reproductive System, approximately 40% of men between 40 and 60 will experience some degree of lethargy, depression, irritability, mood swings, hot flashes, insomnia, decreased sex drive, weakness, loss of both lean body mass and bone mass, making them susceptible to hip fractures, and difficulty in attaining and sustaining erections (impotence). Testosterone (male sex hormone) stimulates sexual development in male infants, bone and muscle growth in adult males and also controls sex drive and male sexual performance. The levels of testosterone diminish gradually after age 40. In healthy males age 55, the amount of testosterone is significantly lower than 10 years earlier, and by 80 decreases to pre-puberty levels. In 1944 what is now described as male menopause was reported in a key article written by two American doctors, Carl Heller and Gordon Myers. Comparing symptoms with that of female menopause, they did a blind controlled trial showing the effectiveness of testosterone treatment. But like many pioneering efforts their findings were vastly unreported due to men being unwilling to accept that they could have 'menopause,' while men with genuine symptoms and sexual dysfunctions were often told it was a mid-life crisis or just in their heads. Around the same time testosterone therapy had come into disrepute in the public eye due to athletes misuse and abuse. So the concept of male hormone replacement therapy for male menopause symptoms, impotence, or sexual performance problems wasn't very well received. Added to that, the hype about side effects and the tie between prostate cancer and hormone replacement further negated its acceptance by many men. Only after HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) became popular and produced desirable results for women, providing tangible improvement in symptoms and 'age reversal' in post-menopausal women, did men begin to take notice and jump on the bandwagon, not wanting to get left behind their female counterparts. male penis enlargement herbal penis enlargement penis enlargment program permanent penis enlargement discount vigrx penis enlargement result penis enhancement excercises penis enlagement excersizes
A slow and steady revolution is sweeping the market for erectile dysfunction drugs – Cialis. Most people may not even be aware of it. Lilly ICOS, the pharmaceutical alliance, which launched the blockbuster drug Cialis, announced that the drug has achieved 1 billion dollars in global sales since launching in Europe less than two years back. In fact Cialis has become the top Erectile Dysfunction treatment in France, since January 2005, based on the latst market data, easily overtaking Viagra, the first brand to be launched in this market. It is also doing very well in United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, United States, Canada, Australia, Mexico and Brazil. So much so that a Lilly ICOS press release contained these words from Rich Pilnik, President of Lilly's EMEA region "We are very pleased with the performance of Cialis and the steady development of the brand since its launch two years ago. Millions of men suffer from ED and the growth of the market demonstrates that patients are speaking to their healthcare providers about ED and seeking treatment options." Not only has Cialis been able to expand the market but it has also eaten heavily in the market share of Viagra from Pfizer, the first drug to be launched in this market and Levitra from Glaxo-Bayer-Schering Plough. In fact Cialis was the second PDE5 inhibitor drug to become available in Europe. It is currently promoted in approximately 100 countries including the United States, Australia, Brazil, Mexico, Canada and across Europe and Asia for Erectile Dysfunction. According to Paul Clark, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ICOS Corporation. "Passing the $1 billion mark is an important milestone for Lilly ICOS and a great accomplishment for the Cialis team. Since 2003, men with erectile dysfunction have had a choice of oral treatments for their condition - a condition which may impact on relationships and daily life." Beyond all the hype and the jubilation is the sheer superiority of Cialis over all the other drugs available in this indication. To understand the benefits of Cialis, we need to firstly understand this complex condition. Erectile Dysfunction or Impotence is defined as the inability to ensure and maintain an erection sufficient for sexual intercourse. ED affects an estimated 180 million men worldwide . 90 percent of ED cases are related to a physical or medical condition, such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and prostate cancer treatment, while 10 percent are due to psychological causes . In many cases, however, both psychological and physical factors contribute to the condition. Where physical factor play an important role PDE-5( Phosphodiaterase) inhibitors have a significant role to play. These include drugs like Sildenafil (Viagra) and Vardenafil(Levitra). But none are as good as Tadalafil(Cialis). Why? Firstly let’s understand how PDE-5 inhibitors work. They work by inhibiting the enzyme phosphodiasterase-5 which is responsible for degrading another enzyme called cGMP(cyclic Guanosine Mono Phosphate) which through a series of reactions is responsible for the synthesis of nitric oxide. Nitric oxide is an important vasodilator responsible for dilation of the blood vessels that supply blood to the penis. Thus, there is an increase in the blood supplied to the penis and this increased blood engorges the penis and leads the formation of an erection through hydraulic pressure. All PDE-5 inhibitors work in the same way but because they are different molecules, they also have different properties. The body quickly eliminates both Sildenafil and Vardenafil. Therefore their action lasts for only 4 hours, while Tadalafil(Cialis) is absorbed and eliminated slowly therefore it remains in the body for a longer period of time. Therefore its duration of action is 9 times that of other drugs - 36 hours. This ensures that Cialis will act over a whopping 36 hours and any patient on Cialis does not need to have hurried sex , but sex at his or his partner’s leisurely pace. That is why Cialis has been nicknamed as “Le Weekend Pill” in France. It allows the man to relax with his partner and have spontaneous sex. Also other drugs like Viagra act on the enzyme PDE-6, which is found in the eyes, leading to bluish discolouration of vision, which will not occur with Cialis. Cialis can be taken with a 100% fat meal and there will be no change in it’s action. The same is not true for Sildenafil or Vardenafil, which are affected by food. All this makes Cialis currently the best drug for erectile dyfunction. What further adds to it’s appeal are programmes like “The Cialis Promise” from Lilly ICOS which guarantees free trial with a rival drug in case Cialis does not work. With this kind of confidence oozing from Lilly ICOS, there is reason to believe in the promise of Cialis. Cialis is available at any neighbour chemist on providing a doctor’s prescription or one can buy Cialis online. An online prescription is generated on filling a short form and on payment through credit card, one can be rest assured of getting Cialis discreetly. What more cheap generic Cialis is also available online. This will further reduce your medical bills. The low cost is like an icing to the Cialis cake or pudding for that matter . But, as is said, the proof of the pudding lies in the eating - So go for Cialis. pnis enlargement pills product herbal penis enhancement penis enlarement surgery plastic surgery penis enargement cheap penis enhancement free natural penile enlargement do penis enlagement pills really work penis elargement supplement magna rx ingredients
Carl Anderson: singer and known for his portrayal of Judas Iscariot in the phenomenal hit "Jesus Christ Superstar," died February 13, 2004. Leukemia knows no profession, age, gender, race, or economic status. It can inflict anyone, anytime, anywhere. About 31,000 each year, 2,566 every month, 592 each week, 84 a day, 3 each hour are the numbers to speak for leukemia's prevalence -- at least, in America. Leukemia is among the many deadly cancer types. Leukemia is a cancer that affects the blood or the marrow of the bone. This cancer type is characterized by the overproduction of certain blood cells, most common of which is the white blood cells or leukocytes. When there is an overproduction of white blood cells in the bone marrow, the regular amount of red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets are being outnumbered and the blood gets a hard time to do its normal functions. A leukemia case may be classified as either in the chronic stage or acute stage. Chronic leukemia is the stage when the unnecessary blood cells are still able to perform their normal function. Chronic leukemia commonly occurs among older people. Since leukemia at this stage does not show any sign or symptom, it is often undetected and eventually gets worse and reach the acute stage. A leukemia that reached the acute stage is already a harmful case. Here, the production is really way above the normal rate and the unnecessary blood cells do not perform their normal functions anymore. Acute leukemia is very common among children. It is actually known as among the leading causes of death among American children. Leukemia has four known types: the chronic lymphocytic leukemia, acute lymphocytic leukemia, chronic myeloid leukemia, and acute myeloid leukemia. A leukemia is lymphocitic, if the lymphoid cells and myeloid cells are affected. Chronic lymphocytic leukemia is most common among adults above 55 years of age. This kind is almost non-existent among children, and accounts for about 7,000 cases each year. Acute lymphocytic leukemia, on the contrary, is most common among children and very rare among adults. The number of new acute lymphocytic leukemia cases total to about 3,800 every year. The estimate of chronic myeloid leukemia is at 4,400 new cases annually and is mainly affecting adults; on the other hand, acute myeloid leukemia is at a higher number at 10,600 count each year. As with other cancer types, the causes of leukemia is still unknown. The closest the medical field has gone in determining the root cause of leukemia is the identification of risk factors or the things that increase the probability of one developing the disease. First and common to all cancer types is genetic influence. People with relatives who had any cancer type, died or survived, are at a very high risk level of having leukemia. Environmental factors, such as high radiation exposure and contact with carcinogenic materials, are also high risk factors. Exposure to chemicals and substance, such as benzene and formaldehyde, in the workplace or in other places also increases the risk of having leukemia. Medical conditions such as chemotherapy from a previous cancer, Down syndrome, and myelodysplastic syndrome are also known risk factors. The most common symptoms of leukemia are flu-like ailments like fever and chills, bleeding and swollen gums, enlargement of spleen and liver, fatigue and frequent weakness, anemia, loss of weight, poor appetite, swollen lymph nodes, pain in joints and/or bones, and abdominal pains. However, these signs are not exclusive to leukemia alone. The safest way to confirm a possible leukemia case is through medical tests. The treatment for leukemia is dependent on each particular case. But the most common treatment options are chemotherapy, radiation therapy, bone marrow transplantation, biological therapy, or surgery for cases with enlarged spleen. As may be required in special cases, a combination of the possible treatments can be administered. Patients suffering from acute leukemia need to be treated right away to mitigate the spread of cancer cells and the damages they may cause. Patients suffering from chronic leukemia, on the other hand, may not be in urgent need of a treatment, especially if there are no symptoms persisting. After any treatment, patients are highly encouraged to undergo post-traumatic care or supportive care for emotional and psychological conditioning. vimax herbal penis enlargement best penile enlargement penis enlarement information vimax penis enlargement herb forum magna rx herbal pennis enlargement pills herbal penile enlargement pills penile enlargment supplement magna rx ingredients
There are three stages of pregnancy. These are the first, second and third trimesters. The first trimester runs from week one to week fourteen, the second covers weeks 15 – 26, then the third is weeks 27 – 40. Week 1+2: This is actually before you get pregnant. It’s the stage where your body prepares itself by ovulating. And it’s in these 14 days that the egg is fertilized by the sperm Week 3: The fertilized egg now moves down the fallopian tubes, fluid passes into the ball of cells, dividing them into two. The inner cells will form your baby and the outer cells will form the placenta. Your body, at this stage, is still unaware that it is pregnant. The implantation begins as the cell ball reaches the wall of the uterus. In this process the cells actually bury into the uterus wall, which can sometimes lead to you having spotting. The implanted cell ball now becomes an embryo. Week 4: This is a week of rapid development, and your body now realises it is pregnant. The amniotic sac and cavity begin to develop and also the Yoke sac appears (this will later form the baby’s digestive system). The placenta now starts to form where implantation took place and blood from you will now go into the placenta. It is usually about day 27 that we start to feel the morning sickness. Week 5: The primitive streak (the fore runner of the brain and spinal cord) is now developing. Through this primitive streak the cells will develop into three layers: The endoderm: the bottom layer – develops the glands, lung linings, tongue, bladder, digestive tract, tonsils, urethra and associated glands. The mesoderm: the middle layer – forms the muscles, bones, heart, lungs, spleen, blood cells, and the reproductive and excretory systems. The ectoderm: the top layer – forming the skin, nails, hair, eye lens, nose, mouth, anus, tooth enamel, pituitary gland, mammary glands, and all parts of the nervous system. Other cells will be starting to develop the spine (called the notochord). The first steps towards forming the embryos head, and the first formation of the babies blood cells happen this week. Week 6: The first few days of this week is when your baby’s heart starts beating. The aorta (the largest artery in the whole body) will be starting to form at around day 40. By mid week many organs are starting to form: eyes, arm buds, liver, gall bladder, stomach and intestines, lungs and pancreas. Week 7: This is a busy week for your growing baby. During this week your baby will double in size. The lenses of the eyes are developing and there is also a recognisable tongue. The legs and arms are developing into paddles, the jaws are now visible. Week 8: The cerebellum starts to form this week. That’s the part of the brain responsible for the movement of muscles. Also hand and foot plates, elbow and wrist areas are forming. Towards the end of the eight week the hand plate has formed ridges where the fingers will be. There is further development of the eye; pigment is now appearing on the retina. Teeth buds are now forming within the gums, along with the wind pipe, bronchi, and voice box. The heart is now starting to develop the four chambers. Week 9: Your baby is now starting to form cartilage and bones. During this week the ovaries will develop into the sex organ determining whether you’re having a boy or a girl. The fingers and thumbs are now taking shape. Also the baby is now becoming more active. Week 10: It’s now that your embryo has become a baby, all be it on a rather small scale. There is a fully formed upper lip. The development of the heart now slows as it is past the critical stage. By mid week the earlobes are fully formed. Toes start to develop on the foot plate. As the bones of the palate (roof of the mouth) start to fuse together, the tongue starts to develop taste buds. Week 11: as the morning sickness starts to subside, you may feel your appetite increase. Your baby’s body starts to straighten. In males the penis is now distinguishable and in females the vagina is beginning to develop. This stage is where the baby starts to show individuality, as the muscle structure varies in each baby. Week 12: Your baby will start to develop fingernails over the next three weeks. The brain is now the same structure as it will be at birth. By the end of the week, the gall bladder and pancreas will be fully developed. Also the baby will now be opening and closing its mouth. Week 13: This week vocal chords will form in the larynx. Also the intestines will move from the umbilical cord into the abdomen, and will start to form folds and become lined with villi. Week 14: You may have noticed some changes to the areola (the area around your nipple); it may be getting larger and darker. Your baby’s heart beat will now be able to be heard using a Doppler. Breathing, sucking and swallowing motions will be being practised. The breathing practises will take the amniotic fluid in and out of the lungs. Baby’s hand also becomes more functional. Week 15: The baby’s neck is now defined, with the head now resting on the neck rather than the shoulders. The hair pattern of the baby will be defined by the 102nd day of the pregnancy your baby will now be able to turn its head, open its mouth, kick, press its lips together and turn its feet. Week 16: This week the baby’s toe nails will start to grow. The muscles will be growing stronger and the neck and head are growing straighter. As the uterus starts moving upwards you may start showing more, but this does mean less pressure on your bladder, making you feel like urinating less. Week 17: Your baby will be working on more reflexes this week; blinking, sucking, and swallowing. Development is carrying on with all the existing structures. Through the course of this month your baby’s weight will increase 6 times. Week 18: By mid week your baby’s eyes and ears will now be in the right places. The finger tips and toes will develop pads, and toe and finger prints will start to develop later in the week. Myelinization, a process of coating the nerves with a fatty substance called myelin which speeds up nerve cell transmission and insulates nerves, will start happening this week. Also by the second day of this week meconium (faecal waste) will start developing in the baby’s bowels. Week 19: A creamy looking substance that covers the baby’s body, vernix coseosa, will start to form. This protects the baby and its developing glands and sensory cells. If you’re having a baby girl primitive egg cells are now developed in the ovaries, in fact females are born with all the eggs their ovaries will ever have. Week 20: Most of the major development has now taken place, and the danger zone of the first three months is now over. Your baby will be waking and sleeping, just as newborns do. Also the formation of fine scalp hair and eyebrows will begin. Week 21: Your body is replacing the amniotic fluid very three hours at this stage of your pregnancy. Baby’s leg and arm movements increase as the muscles and bones become stronger. By the end of the week a stethoscope will be able to detect the baby’s heart beat. Week 22: If the baby is a boy, the testes will start to move from the pelvic area into the scrotum. The hair on the head and eyebrows is now visible as white and short. Week 23: The bones in the middle ear start hardening making the conduction of sound possible. The baby will start to gain some considerable weight between now and next month. The size of the baby’s body will start to get into proportion though the head will remain larger than the rest of the body. Week 24: The skin of your baby is wrinkled, but will smooth out as fat is deposited. Also by the end of this week the baby’s heart beat is so strong it is some times possible to hear it by placing an ear on your stomach. Week 25: Baby’s skin is now turning a reddish/pink as capillaries start to develop. The nostrils will now start to open, as they have been plugged unto now. The lungs will start developing blood vessels and the finger and toe nails will now be covering half the nail bed. Week 26: with the nostrils now open, muscular breathing will start. By the end of the week the lungs will be secreting surfactant, a substance which prevents the lung tissue sticking together. Also with the formation of blood vessels in the lungs, they will now also be developing air sacks. Brain wave activity starts this week for auditory and visual activity. Week 27: Bumping and thumping is becoming stronger as your baby grows stronger, you should be feeling around 10 kicks in a two hour period. Baby’s lungs are growing rapidly and there is continual development with brain patterns. Week 28: This is when the eyelids un-fuse and open up. Muscle tone is improving, and the lungs are capable of breathing air. The chances of a baby being born premature from now on, has a greatly improved chance of surviving. Week 29: Eye lashes have now grown, and although still unable to focus, baby’s eyes are now sensitive to dark and light. At this stage of pregnancy the senses of sound, smell and taste are developing. By the end of the week your baby will be able to move its eyes in their sockets. Week 30: Baby is now storing up nutrients taken in by you. Calcium for skeletal development, protein for growth and iron for blood cells. By the end of the week the languno (the small hairs that covered the baby’s body), is nearly all gone apart from some patches on the shoulders and back. Week 31: As the actual growth starts to slow down, the internal organs are still maturing, so make sure your still getting enough folic acid, iron and calcium. Should your baby be born this week they would have the ability to breath, see, listen learn and remember. Week 32: The baby’s iris is now reacting to light. All five senses are now registering with your baby, although smell is limited as baby can’t breathe air in the uterus. Week 33: your baby may now be sucking its fingers. Constipation could be starting for you as your uterus puts more and more pressure on your bowels. Week 34: The pigment of the eyes is not quite fully developed yet, this leaves the eyes looking blue regardless of final colour. And this week your baby will start to develop its own immune system. Week 35: In baby boys the decent of the testes will complete any time now. Your baby may now shift into your pelvis in a head down position, but not all babies’ do this before birth. Week 36: Dimples on the elbows and knees will be forming as well as creases in the neck area due to continual deposits of fat. Also this fat will help baby maintain its body temperature. Week 37: Around 85% are born within two weeks of their actual due date (either before or after), so as you enter this stage be aware for signs of labour. The baby is practising being more aware of its surroundings; this is the ‘orientating response’. This is where the baby will turn towards any source of light. The end of this week marks the end of development, growth will now slow down. Week 38: Meconium is accumulating in the intestines. Meconium is a dark green mass of waste product and cells from the gall bladder, liver and pancreas. Although shortly after birth this will all come out. Week 39: as the baby is settling into your pelvis, you maybe feeling clumsy and off balance. This is because your centre of gravity shifts. Make sure you’re prepared for your trip to the hospital. Week 40: welcome to the final week, that’s if you have not given birth already. Your body will be giving the baby antibodies so it can protect its self from many diseases. The baby will finish dropping into its resting place before birth. So congratulations and welcome to your new born child. elargement manhattan penis surgeon real pnis enlargement penis elargement pills penis enlagement surgery vimax plastic surgery penis enlargement plus review vigrx prosolution pennis enlargement pills natural penis enlagement exercise magna rx ingredients
The variety of sex toys is surprising. Sex toys vary from purely male or purely female sex toys to toys that can be used by both sexes. There are also some sex toys that can also be classified as sex aids or marital aids. The Purpose Of Sex Toys Some sex toys aid the man's erection, stimulate the female genitals to become more sensitive or provide a different feel to 'normal' sex. Other sex toys provide an 'environment' for variations in sex, for example so called orgy bed sheets. Sometimes they are used to help a person who has difficulty with unaided sex to achieve sexual satisfaction. However most sex toys provide a new way to directly stimulate the male or female genitals to achieve sexual satisfaction. Using sex toys can provide new experiences and variation in the sexual experience. It can also provide a fantasy element for enhancing or revitalising a relationship. The usual expectation is that a sex toy provides direct stimulation of the genitals in foreplay and/or during sexual intercourse or as a means to obtain orgasm through only the stimulation provided by the sex toy. Types of Sex Toys Vibrating Sex Toys Probably the most well known sex toys are 'vibrators' which, as the name suggests, provide stimulation of the genitals using vibration. They are mainly used to stimulate the clitoris, but may also be used to stimulate any other part of the female body or that of a man's. The simplest of these are pencil or wand shaped (though normally thicker than a pencil). They often have an internal battery (or two) which powers a small electric motor. Sometimes the battery pack and controller are external and connected to the vibrator by a wire. This motor is fitted with a small, out of balance, weight attached to the shaft. As this weight rotates it throws the motor and vibrator into a small circular movement which causes the vibration you feel. With a vibrator that has a controller, as the power is increased the speed of the motor increases and with it both the rate and strength of vibration. Both the strength and rate of vibration effects how stimulating you find the sex toy. The best effect may not be as strong and as fast as possible. The optimum settings may well change as your degree of excitement builds. To get the best results it is worth buying a vibrator which is controllable. Different vibrators will have different characteristics and you may well find you prefer one combination much more than another and your preference may even vary depending on which part of your body you are stimulating. More recently electronic vibrator controllers have appeared which provide not only the static control of power/speed but also allow you to select patterns of power pulses and surges. These can be very effective. There are also other vibrating sex toys such as butterfly stimulators and vibrating penis rings. Other Powered Sex Toys There are some sex toys that use other ways to provide mechanical stimulation. These usually depend on a motor that makes the sex toy continually change its shape which provides a sort of rotational movement or makes it move back and forth. The back and forth movements are sometimes powered by an air pump rather than a motor. The movements have been used to create, for example, mechanical licking tongues, vibrators that 'penetrate' the vagina and mouth simulators to give a man a 'blow job'. On a bigger scale and much more expensive, there are 'sex machines' that incorporate thrusting and vibrating dildos. Combination Sex Toys So far we have covered vibrating, moving and thrusting sex toys. As you may have guessed these are all offered in a bewildering array of combinations. A common combination in many 'Rabbit Style' vibrators is clitoral stimulation using vibrations and vaginal stimulation using movement and sometimes a thrusting motion as well. Many sex toys add varying textures to their surfaces; a dildo or vibrator may have ridges or soft spikes or a rippled shape. Sensation Change Sex Toys Some sex toys rather than provide vibrating or moving stimulation, change the feel of sex. For instance there are a variety of sleeves to put over the penis to provide different sensations for both partners while engaged in penetrative sex. There are rings that squeeze the base of the penis and/or tighten the scrotum that assist the man's erection and also changes his sensations. There are penis extenders and thickeners which may give a man's partner greater sensations during penetration. There are a wide variety of lubricants that can significantly change the feel of sex. There are PVC and Polyurethane bed sheets that are water and oil proof that can be used for slippery or messy sex. Why Use A Sex Toy? A good question is: why do people use a sex toy? Surely fingers, tongues, penises, clitorises and vaginas etc all provide great sexual stimulation and enjoyment. Well, apart from therapeutic uses (eg erection assistance), sex toys can drive the imagination (being taken by a machine), provide variety (new ways to do old things), vary the stimulating effects in otherwise normal sex (penis sleeves) and some can provide experiences not possible with 'normal body parts' (particularly vibrating sex toys and electro-stimulation). Where To Start If you have not tried a sex toy before and don't yet have an idea of what you might like, try one of the simpler vibrators first. Most probably you will enjoy the experience and then start to wonder what other delights can be found with more sophisticated vibrators and other sex toys ... If you then find you do enjoy sex toys try out a few others and find what suits you. Above all, have fun trying them out!
